The token timeline stores one compact JSONL observation per token per run in reports/token_risk/token_timeline_cache.jsonl. Each line records chain, address, observation time, compact GoPlus fields, verdict, reason codes and a signed receipt reference.

The precise claim is narrow: this preserves the GoPlus off-chain token-security response shape observed at that time. It does not claim that historical on-chain contract state is unreconstructible.
